Our CrossFit Coaches lead class instructions for the Workout of the Day (WOD). Workouts start with an active group warmup, followed by a gymnastic skill, strength, or endurance focused segment, and the remainder of the class is typically a group workout of constantly varied functional fitness movements performed at high intensity. Examples include As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in a given time period, Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM), Eight rounds of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest (TABATAS), or simply For Time. You’ll be amazed at what you are capable of in a 60 minute class. All workouts have scaling options for athletes at any age and fitness level. All classes have a primary coach and normally one or more coaches are available to assist any athlete who may be new to the movement or workout. We love to see progress from all of our AYM Athletes so you’ll be welcomed at any fitness level.



For one-on-one personal training our coaches are available for individualized 45 minute training sessions. These sessions can be tailored for the athlete’s goals including weight loss, gymnastic skills proficiency, strength, flexibility, and/or endurance training. Clients range from those new to working out to high school and collegiate athletes who train during their off season for performance gains. Our coaches meet the athlete where they are and help them reach their individualized fitness goals.



For sports teams who want to add strength and endurance conditioning to their weekly routine, AYM offers instructor led team training designed specifically for your sport. During team training we’ll evaluate the team members for areas of improvement and adjust training to improve the group. Activities are designed to improve team communication and cohesion through partner WODs and workout sessions that foster working together. All Team Training is customizable and an affordable way to increase your team’s wins through increase athletic performance.
